When the Lungs for Life Foundation was established in 2000, there was no known national organization to turn to for pre- or post transplant assistance and resources. Today, we exist to bridge that gap through the help of our network of CF and transplant social workers and physicians.

 

Our network connects individuals and families in need with our assistance programs and support resources. We maintain communication with more than 200+ cystic fibrosis and organ transplant social workers and physicians nationwide.
